Setup Process

The Set Process include the following steps –

    ◾ Requirement

    ◾ Costing and Time Frame

    ◾ Setting up the DST

    ◾ Operating the DST

Requirement

You send us your exact requirement of the Software team that is required for your application/project needs. This includes -

    ◾ The Skill Set and Domain Expertise for which you wish to setup the DST

    ◾ The Infrastructure Requirement -

    ◾ The size that you wish to start with (Number of People, how many Programmers, Analysts, Project Leaders etc.)

    ◾ Hardware, Operating and Development Environment.

    ◾ Communication Requirement (kind of connectivity etc.)

Costing and Time Frame

Based on the requirement given, we give a Cost and Time Frame in which we can setup the DST for you. Once this is mutually agreed we proceed with setting up the DST for you.

Setting up the DST

We provide the technical profiles of the resources matching your requirements and skill sets.

Either, resources already working with SBS are deputed / transferred, or we recruit people with required background.

Once the team is selected, training them on the environment in which they are eventually required to work (this is more to ensure that everyone has a homogeneous exposure to the development environment) along with development, quality, communication and Documentation standards to be followed in the project.

These standards are normally the standards followed by client, for the specific project.

Operating the DST

Once the DST is setup, the team can start to work on your Projects. We normally assign a Senior Executive, who monitors the working of the team, and looks after the issues in the team. The executive also manages the Project Schedules on an ongoing basis, with the team, and coordinates with you.

Project Schedules, Software Development and Submitting completed work, are monitored by this executive. This ensures that you have a single point contact for your Project.

Regular Communication is done with you through e-mails, live chats – text, voice and video conferences.
